The HTF capsule packaging line is engineered to ensure hygiene, precision, and adaptability to various capsule types and applications, even at high production speeds.

• Scalable production speed: from 100 to 600 capsules per minute (1,600 to 36,000 capsules per hour)
• Compatible with all capsule types, thanks to a customizable mechanical orientation system
• Removable trolley dosing system: an independent unit that can be easily detached for cleaning and maintenance, featuring a quick plug-in connection
• Optional UV lamps for sanitizing capsules and lids with efficacy up to Log 4
• Lid cutting and sealing system with options for:
  • Heat sealing
  • Ultrasonic welding
• Lid centering system for perfect graphic customization
• Optimization of covering material waste to reduce scrap and costs
• Modular design with the possibility to integrate end-of-line systems (cartoning, boxing, palletizing)
