PMP Packaging Machines

PMP is TME’s packaging solution engineered for the efficient filling of pre-made bags, designed to deliver reliability, precision and operational simplicity across a wide range of applications.

The system is capable of handling multiple bag formats, including doypack, quad-seal and pillow bags, with or without zip closure and degassing valve, ensuring maximum flexibility and the ability to adapt to different packaging requirements and product characteristics.

At the core of the machine is an intuitive front-mounted HMI interface, which provides operators with full control over all production parameters. The possibility to store multiple product recipes allows for fast format changes and quick product changeovers, improving overall production efficiency and minimizing downtime.

With a production capacity of up to 20 bags per minute, PMP ensures consistent performance while maintaining high dosing accuracy. Actual output may vary depending on product characteristics, bag format, packaging materials and the selected feeding and dosing configuration.

Designed with a strong focus on operator accessibility, reduced maintenance and long-term reliability, the machine integrates advanced safety systems compliant with current international standards. Safety interlocks on all access doors and automatic stop functions in case of anomalies contribute to protecting operators while minimizing product loss and material waste.

To meet the requirements of different applications, PMP can be equipped with a variety of dosing technologies, including multihead weighers, volumetric dosing systems and counting devices, ensuring optimal handling of a wide range of products.

For enhanced serviceability, PMP can also be equipped with remote online assistance, enabling TME technicians to access the machine remotely for rapid diagnostics, troubleshooting and technical support.
