The HTS capsule packaging line was developed to meet the high production capacity and the highest standards of efficiency.

Production capacity: from 280 capsules/min up to 1200 capsules/min
Possibility of processing all the capsule models and all the materials (plastic, compostable, aluminium), with or without barrier
Possibility of packaging different products (coffee, solubles, tea and herbal tea)
Coffee dosage using screw system activated by brushless motors
Sealing via brushless automation
Inert gas injection device to preserve coffee aroma for longer
Control with feedback and out of tolerance capsule waste
Units can be extracted to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations
Dual extraction and cleaning station of the excess coffee for better sealing quality
Optimised reel waste.
